Happy’s Homestay was a delight of a choice. In a quiet, beautiful and peaceful area, away from the messy crowd and yet only a few minutes away (by scooter/ tricycle) from wherever you want to be in Boracay. The beach is just outside the place, staff is friendly and helpful, the owner is a lovely lady who is kind and resourceful and Happy (youngest host) is adorable. You won’t miss a thing by staying a few minutes away from the confusion the overrated white beach is and getting the chance to mingle with locals. We loved it and are thankful for switching hotels after spending a night on the messier side of the island. Thank your for our warm and delicious pandesal first thing in the morning. The staff here is amazing, they really do take that extra step to make you feel at home! They decorated my room for my birthday, the sweetest people work here I swear. As a solo traveler it made me so happy to be so warm welcomed. Stayed longer at the hotel because it felt like home.
