Everything is Perfect, the house and the room are extremely confortable and our hostess Ângela is a very nice person. She showed us the shoppings near the house and helped us to buy the bus Card.In the room she had left lots of food for breakfast or even an afternoon snack, it was so sweet and lovely!!!

This was the perfect place for us to stay when we visited family in Auckland. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a very pleasant stay. It is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, parks. Off street free parking was a plus. Our first morning my husband was joined for coffee by the “neighborhood nuisance” on the deck but he didn’t mind at all.

Situated in Auckland, 4.8 km from Auckland Domain and 4.9 km from Aotea Centre, Sunny & Cozy Home near Western Springs offers a garden and air conditioning. This was close to Western Springs for our annual concert so location was key. Was very cosy and felt very much like home. Lovely outdoor area to relax and have dinner with a glass of wine, a bbq would have been a great addition. My sister thought the queen bed in the room was very comfortable, although it 'squeeked' when trying to get comfortable. Overall with a few minor touch ups this place would be really amazing. I would definitely return if a few small things were fixed.
