Forus, Stavanger – hotely

This hotel is located in Stavanger Forus business park, 11 km south of Stavanger city centre. Flat-screen TVs and refrigerators are found in all rooms. WiFi access is free. Very friendly staff helped us to check in earlier which was great after a long night trip from Denmark. We left the car in the parking hall which was nice because of the rainy weather. Wonderful breakfast. Nice and spacey play ground was organised in a conference hall near the lobby.

Smarthotel Forus is located next to the Kvadrat Shopping centre in Sandnes, 15 minutes’ drive from central Stavanger and Stavanger Airport Sola. It offers free parking and room with free Wi-Fi. I liked the simple decor it had and it suited my needs perfectly for the short stay that it was.

Service was exceptional. As we had a little mix up with the keys, we called the City Hotel an an English speaking host was immediately on the line navigating us through so that we could enter the flat. It was cold and pouring with rain, hence we really appreciated how easy the handling was. Would stay there again anytime.
