The greatest asset this hotel has is its staff. The team members at the Days Hotel in KL are top-notch in doing their jobs AND with customer service. From the front desk staff to the housekeeping crew to the maintenance team, every single team member I came in contact with was polite, helpful, and friendly. The second greatest asset of this hotel was the lovely big king-sized bed in my room. I don't have the words to describe how comfortable I was and how well I slept in that fabulous bed!

Great views to the Petronas towers and the huge buildings. The neighbor hood is quiet and the windows isolated. Had an amazing rest there :). Highly recommended as it’s 10 min walking from the amazing center of Kuala Lumpur.
