Comfortable, clean , spacious , modern , beautiful … everything is right for me and my son . The reception staff are lovely . Big clap to Zakaria Cherkaoui, the front desk manager . He is sooo helpful, knowledgeable, kind , sweet and has a very good customer service Zakaria with his patience sort out my phone , helped me to install taxi app . He is a star. Zakaria and staff made me want to return to this hotel again . My son and I felt safe , comfortable and happy here. This hotel is in the perfect location. Easy excess to shops and tramway to take us to the Rabat Medina . Restaurants are nearby for a quick meal . Adil the owner of the restaurant/ cafe ( free wifi ) across this hotel , is another man to give a big clap to.
