Located in the Jung-Gu district in Seoul, Mangrove Dongdaemun offers 2-star rooms with free WiFi. The room is very clean and staffs are really nice and helpful.

L'Escape Hotel is situated in Seoul and has a fitness centre and a bar. Boasting a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a restaurant. Free WiFi is at guests' disposal. The hotel massively exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival we received a free upgrade to a suite and the room was very large (size of a small apartment!). In terms of value for money it really went over and beyond what we expected especially when we compared other hotel rooms at the same price. The quality of everything was excellent and the staff provided amazing service with us spending 6 nights at the hotel. Location wise it is really well placed with a subway entry right out the front door and a huge market only 200m up the road. Both my wife and myself couldn't fault the hotel at all and would highly recommend it to any considering Seoul - the photos don't do it justice for just how good it is! The roof top bar is well worth a visit as well.

Grand opening from September 2018, Lotte Hotel The Executive Tower features accommodation with city views. Complimentary high-speed wired and wireless internet are available. Outstanding hotel with impeccable service in an excellent central location. The staff were perfectly accommodating, and our room on the 22nd floor was serene and had a beautiful city view.

Sotetsu Hotels The Splaisir Seoul Dongdaemun is located a minute’s walk from Exit 9 of Dongdaemun Culture and History Park Subway Station (Line 2, 4 and 5). Free WiFi is available in all areas. Everything was great, the location, the room, the view but the breakfast.

Set in the central area of Seoul, The Shilla Seoul is the Forbes-nominated 5-star Hotel for 6 consecutive years from 2019 to 2024. The hotel features 6 dining options. I don’t know much about the Shilla’s history but stepping into the hotel felt like I was stepping into an institution. It is outdated though, but it comes across as cozy rather than grimy because of the upkeep. It’s outstandingly clean. The service at reception isn’t the greatest compared to other high-end hotels in Seoul. We weren’t told about details such as needing to book breakfast beforehand if we wanted to pay the guest price, or that there’s a car service between the parking and the hotel. They did end up giving us the guest price for breakfast though to amend for their mistake, but parking is a hassle if you have a car. You have to park and either wait for a car to take you up the hill to the hotel, or make your way up a very long staircase.

Well situated in the Jung-Gu district of Seoul, The Stay Classic Hotel Myeongdong is set less than 1 km from Myeongdong Station, a 15-minute walk from Myeongdong Cathedral and 300 metres from... Thanks to Han from front desk. Hope to stay there again.

Sa isang magandang lokasyon sa Jung-Gu district ng Seoul, ang Henn na Hotel Seoul Myeongdong ay matatagpuan may 200 metro mula sa Myeongdong Cathedral, wala pang 1 km mula sa Namdaemun Market at 16... Location is great. At Myeongdong, but not in the noisy side, to the end of the street. They shared transportation option from Incheon Arpt (there is a direct bus stopping 2 mins walk from the hotel). Very clean, looked like new.
