They changed towels and provided free bottles of water every day. There was no view on the fourth floor but it was not a big issue for me. Water pressure in the shower is strong and there was always hot water. There were lots of stores and restaurants near by. The hotel located close to subway station and big department store. Breakfast was average to me but it’s okay. Overall I recommend this hotel for staying in Busan
