A beautiful hotel and super friendly staff! We arrived early with a sleeper bus and they came to pick us up with a tuk tuk. We didn't choose the early check in because we went to the Angkor Wat after our arrival, but we were able to leave our bags at the reception and refresh ourselves before the tour. We also booked the tour with the hotel and it was really good. We only stayed one night, but hope to come back one day!

The staff. Nunu was just absolutely amazing. She helped us with literally anything we wanted but more than that she is just soooo friendly. We had the ground floor unit right by the pool. It was sooo refreshing. Huuuugeee room. Very spacious. The food was delicious.

De Sarann Villa is a collection of modern, sleek villas with a private pool on the rooftop. Everything was perfect! Staff were extremelly frendly! They have a free transfer anywhere, and very comfortable to text them in Whatsup\Telegram when you are living there, they do anything for your good stay! They don't have a restaurant on territory, but all the food is brought from a fine nearest restaurant, which indicates the quality of the products and cooking. Many people call Thailand the land of smiles, but I would say that now it is Cambodia! Give them tips sometimes, they deserve it with their work and attitude

När vi beställde massage på födelsedagen fick han tårta och sång efteråt utan att jag hade beställt något. en särskild hälsning till Rama.

I really want to stay again here. I like Siem Reap more cause of this hotel. clean and cozy room, delicious breakfast, nice swimming pool, kind employees. The lobby is very comfortable so I could enjoy the hotel more. It is convenient that the location is superb.
