Muji Hotel, Ginza is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. On the 6th floor of a sprawling Muji store is where the reception is. And from then, the experience was phenomenal - wish I had stayed more nights (only if I could have gotten the bookings!) haha They were celebrating an occasion during my time there so there was free finger bitings and drinks up until 10pm every day. Their service was excellent - I had an early flight the next day so they even prepared a breakfast plate for me to have before I went to the airport.

We loved every part of our stay at the blossom Hibiya. The staff is amazing, the rooms are clean and modern, the view is stunning, it was a lovely stay. If I had known, I would have booked all my stay there, the kids were very disappointed to leave. WE LOVED THE BH!

Totally professional operation , the room was big by Japanese standards had correct lighting and good layout ,ample phone and power charging points Staff everywhere to help , very high level of security They even have the assistant manager at their own desk in the foyer [ not that I needed] ; when in a lot of poorly run hotels when you want to get something resolved yo find the manager has "' gone for the day "' Taxis were always waiting and we used them to take us down to the Shimbashi JR station [ approx 1000 yen ] for the JR Yanamanote line to Shinjuku or Tokyo [2 stops] , also the porter would advise the taxidriver in Japanese where you wanted to go Had an amazing Gym , lots of modern machines and even a nurse in atrendance, and a large indoor heated pool Excellent breakfast lots of gluten-free options fruit and salads , omelets Every aspect of the hotel was fully staffed without question would stay here again
