The whole experience in this hotel was very nice and smooth. From check-in to check-out. Breakfast was simple but decent. Location great. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and polite. A shout out to customer service, who kept in contact with me after checkout because we forgot personal belongings.

Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo-Tamachi is situated an 8-minute walk from both JR Tamachi Station and Mita Subway Station. Very well kept, facilites were great but more than anything after a day in the hustle and chaos of being in HK, the most friendly staff you can find anywhere made every day there so welcoming. Rooms were a good size with a fantastic view of the harbour as per my photos. If you don't have the view from your room, don't worry as you have even better views from the sky terrace and lounges on the 41st floor. Everyone there really went out of their way to make everything special and help, which is far more than anyone else we found in the city. Special mention to Elma at breakfast and the club lounge for an absolute 5 star service!

Like most hotels in Tokyo, the rooms are small but very efficient and clean. The hotel was very comfortable and in an excellent location. The staff was helpful. I highly recommend.
