The staff was lovely and welcoming. When we had a problem with the heater, they got it fixed right away. The room itself is super clean, cosy and bright (our room even had a balcony which was nice). The reception area is small but lovely. During opening hours, there is free coffee, tee and toiletries. We did not use the washing machines, but they looked very clean and well taken care of. The hotel is only a 5 minutes walk away from Nippori station in a calm street and shops as well as restaurants are close by. There is a fantastic Onsen just over the street. We had a great stay and would definitely come back again!

We loved how big and spacious the rooms are. We got 2 rooms that can accommodate for 6 adults and 2 kids. We love that it's also very near the train station (about 5mins walk) and there are also 7/11, McDonalds and a grocery near it - so easy for us to buy food for the kids. Beds were comfortable and best of all is that all our luggages fit in the room. The staff are also so nice and friendly, very accommodating and helpful.

Situated just a minute's walk away from JR Nippori station, APA Hotel TKP Nippori Ekimae is a convenient location from where to explore destinations such as Ueno and Asakusa. Close to nippori train station. Had all the necessities i needed (hair dryer, toiletries, shampoo body wash)
