Room was perfect and my view was incredible. The staff kindly accommodated my request for a view of the Tokyo Tower. Staff was very helpful with my needs and sightseeing requests. Dinner and breakfast were great.

We stayed in this hotel for the first time in 2013. Then in 2014, 2015 and now again in 2024. Despite the fact that the rooms have some age to them, everything is completely immaculate. Beds are comfortable, shower is amazing and the view from the large windows is lovely. Staff are friendly and helpfull. Location is excellent due to direct access to four metro-lines. Not to mention the outstanding dinner at Japanese restaurant Suiren.

Overall, my stay was pleasant. The hotel offered a comfortable experience, and the staff was friendly. The room was well-maintained and provided a cozy atmosphere. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast, which was good, but I had slightly higher expectations due to the hotel's reputation. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my time at the hotel and would consider staying here again in the future.
