Idéalement situé dans le quartier de Kita à Tokyo, le Toyoko Inn Tokyo Akabane-eki Higashi-guchi Ichiban-gai se trouve à 200 mètres du temple Daiman-ji, à 300 mètres du temple Hodo-in et du temple... Keep in mind that it was my first time in Japan, and I don't travel often to begin with so this review is coming from an inexperienced traveler. I thought this place was great to stay in. The location isn't too far from the Akabane Station (it's about a 10 minute walk), but if you have a lot of luggage it might be a little bit inconvenient. I only stayed for a week and just had a backpack and a carry on so it was fine. The front desk staff was really nice, they do speak some English so checking in and out was simple. If you're staying for an extended period of time they let you select your cleaning days (cleaning happens from 10am-3pm) and then they explain to you that your new towels will be hung on your door daily. The location is convenient because right outside of the hotel there's a cool area with a bunch of places to eat and drink as well as a Family Mart that's right across the street. The best part was that the 7Eleven around the corner has a 7bank ATM (I think all of them do), that accepts VISA as well as most other credit cards so if you forget to do the currency exchange at the airport like I did you can still get yen here. The facility is very clean and the elevator is fast. I stayed in a smoking room and never noticed any weird smells or anything, the room also comes with a nice AC unit and air freshener if you're concerned about that. The bathroom was perfect for me, but if you're taller than like 5'10" I can see how it would feel a little bit cramped. For the price it was amazing and the cleaning crew cleans the room and the bathroom really well.

Entièrement rénové en décembre 2014, le Super Hotel Tokyo Akabane est situé à 6 minutes à pied de la gare JR d'Akabane. Il propose des chambres au mobilier moderne et un petit-déjeuner. Just like a normal hotel should have. Nevertheless, sleeping on abunk beds was really a new experience.

Situé dans l'arrondissement de Kita à Tokyo, le Mokkoan propose un jacuzzi. Il met gratuitement à votre disposition une connexion Wi-Fi et un parking privé sur place. Wonderful welcome and introduction to Japan

赤羽Japanese-Style private Villa & Bike has a balcony and is situated in Tokyo, within just 600 metres of Shizen Freai Johokan Museum and 500 metres of Shimizuzaka Park. The house was one of the biggest house I've ever been to in Japan. The rooms can fit 4 adults mostly. The bicycles provided by the host were a great help. The host was also very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I had great experience living here. Will sure to come back and stay here if I were to go to Japan again. The house is 3 storey, those who have problems with stairs should be cautious. Other than that, the ground was flat all the way from the house to the train station.
