The socializing room with free drinks and free snacks is very nice. The Onsen is also much appreciated. There was even an easy to use printer to allow me to easily handle some business.

Within a few minutes walk, you can find a convenience store, a few restaurants and souvenir shops, the post office, bus stops, and the Onsen where you go with the 400-yen ticket you purchase at the hostel. We were very lucky to have the four-bed room to just two of us, so it was not crowded. Our room and the shared space are quite clean. There is one toilet on each floor. The receptionist is friendly and gave us tips on where to dine and take the local bus. The Onsen at the nearby hotel is great. The people who stayed that night were respectful and quiet.
