Tokachigawa Moor Onsen Seijyakubow provides spa facilities and a public bath, as well as air-conditioned accommodation in Otofuke. The set up of the room, and hotel are great. A peaceful change of pace each room you enter. Private onsen is well built and comfortable. A hotel attendant Shoji was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Many stars to this experience.

Tokachigawa Onsen Daiichi Hotel offers hot spring baths and Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Air conditioned rooms feature an en suite bathroom, a seating area and a flat screen TV. Customer service is very good. I had a problem of changing dates from booking.com. They responded to my inquiries very quickly. The bridge view from rooms are very nice.

Kangetsuen is a 15-minute walk from Tokachigaoka Tenbodai Observatory and a 20-minute drive from Obihiro Station. There is a robot in the lobby area that my son really enjoyed. The breakfast was good and the onsen water felt the best out of all the other onsens we visited. The room was a nice size as well and staff did a great job of setting up our futon beds for us in the evening.
