The property is so beautiful and central to everything! I enjoyed just staying around the resort and my room with my beautiful view of the mountains. Would come back in a heart beat!!!

Centrally located in Hirafu's Upper Village, boutique hotel Chalet Ivy Hirafu offers natural hot spring baths and delicately prepared Japanese cuisine. The staff were very kind and the property was clean. The ski concierge was a great service and my Niseko ski guide was phenomenal.

It’s walking distance from Grand Hirafu Ski Resort! The staff took care of us… they have a really good breakfast. Baked Pizza and Curry soup are one my favourites :) They have a free coffee vending machine for the guests which includes matcha latte :) We stayed in a family suite and it was big and comfortable :) the view was awesome!

They have prepared our breakfast in the refregirator, though it was not included in the pack. The room was structured well to give us home like feeling. It was an exceptional stay.

The ski-in ski-out is also great, meters away from the Hirafu Gondola. The hotel in general is incredible. The room is comfortable, and the staff was very kind.
