히라후(Hirafu) 고지대 중심부에 자리 잡고 있는 부티크 호텔인 Chalet Ivy Hirafu는 천연 온천과 고급 일식 요리를 자랑합니다. All of staffs are very nice , Great service mind, hospitality . Modernized interior, very clean room, Onzen is very good. The best location for skiing , very near gondola.

Breakfast is good with great variety of food and drinks. This hotel also provides ski storage. Hotpot dinner is fantastic. Overall it is a wonderful stay at Q Fox.

Hotel shuttle buses were fantastic, staff were super friendly and always helpful including helping us book a cab to Kutchan after checkout. Additionally the studio room was so comfortable and homely, we hope we'll be able to come back to staying again in the future! Thank you chatrium!
