Just 40 metres from restored Edo-era post town Magome-Juku, Chaya Hotel has simple traditional rooms with futon bedding and a tatami-mat floor. A peaceful, clean, and beautiful accommodation with kind and helpful staff. Magome Chaya is located in an idyllic environment and we received lots of help with navigation and relevant information for our hikes. We also ate two of the most wonderful dinners here and slept like babies on our futons. The pillows were especially lovely! What a wonderful stay!
