The location of this hotel is exceptional! Just cross the road and you can reach the bus terminal or the train station. There is a 7-11 right below too. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean. Strongly recommended.

In a prime location in the centre of Kobe, Comfort Hotel ERA Kobe Sannomiya provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. The location was extremely convenient for us. I came with friends/boyfriend, and it was a comfortable distance away from Sannomiya Station. Lots of stores and food options nearby. There is a conveyor belt sushi restaurant right next door. How convenient! Overall, very good hotel for the price. If I ever return to Sannomiya, I will be sure to book again.

Villa Fontaine Kobe Sannomiya offers modern rooms with free wired internet access. Free Wi-Fi is available at the 5th floor lobby. The decor at the lobby was quite fancy and the staff were very welcoming and professional. They also provided the guests with free drinks and food at the lounge for a Happy Hour promotion. The room itself was slightly small, but not necessarily tight. It was very clean and cozy, and the bathroom was likewise clean. The amenities nearby were convenient, with a coin laundry and vending machine in the same floor.
