Located 1969 feet from Verona Porta train station and a 20-minute walk from the Verona Arena, Guest house Verona is the annex of Hotel Martini. Very well organized, secure lodging, very clean. Nice large room and bath. AMAZING shower. Control your room temperature. AC was great. Breakfast was good variety and plentiful. All staff were pleasant and helpful. The location suited us fine, outside of the business, on the edge of a residential area, with several good restaurants to select from that are not tourist-focused which is our preference for good food. Yet it was a brief casual walk into the old city... perhaps 10 minutes. Made a good base location to head out on day trips to others towns. We had no issues of any kind during our 3 night stay. In fact, we were very pleasantly surprised at the quality of our lodging. Thank you , Hotel Verona!

Just a 10-minute walk from Verona Arena and Porta Nuova Station, Hotel Siena provides a convenient central location in Verona. It features elegant air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi. Not far from the center of the city. Nice lobby with a big table where we played boardgames. They have a vending machine with wine and soft drinks.

Hotel Scalzi provides beautifully decorated rooms 550 yards from Verona's Arena and historic central Verona. Free maps and city guides are provided upon check-in. Everything. Location: between the train station and the city center, both within walking distance, very convenient. Staff: very friendly and accommodating. Got early checkin and late checkout without any issue. Facilities: I stayed in the small single room but got everything I needed, air-con, heating, TV, enough towels, etc. Drainage in the bathroom worked perfectly well especially considering the age of the building. No complaints. Breakfast is abundant in Italian standard. Service was great. There’s also a lounge area in the mezzanine offering free tea. Overall excellent value for money, personally will stay there again if I go back.
