Hotel Villa Glori is in the residential Parioli district, next to the Tiber River. The tram to Flaminio Metro Station and Piazza del Popolo stops 200 metres away. its a beautiful place! Love the small and cozy rooms everything had a slightly old school royal feeling to it.

From the moment of arrival, we interacted with the gentleman at the reception who was very kind to us throughout the stay. We were accommodated in room 304 on the first floor and had pleasant surprises. The room was very spacious, airy, with a high ceiling, furniture in perfect condition, refurbished The kitchen that was perfectly integrated behind a set of furniture that fooled the eye so that you won't be disturbed by the location of the kitchen directly in the room where you are going to sleep. Also, the bathroom was generous and what I really appreciated was the exemplary cleanliness. Our towels and bedding were changed daily, the dust was wiped, the rooms were aired, without ugly messes. Even the bathroom was cleaned!!!!! WE WERE SO HAPPY TO SEE THAT! especially my wife haha. Although we have documented on various social media platforms (reddit) that many hotels in Italy have a problem with heat and that it is quite cold, we did not have any problem, it was warm and fine. The breakfast every morning was exemplary. With loneliness, there is no one who cannot eat something from there. We appreciated the involvement of the waiters who made sure everything was in order, served us with tea or coffee and were always willing to help. The location is good, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. It should be mentioned that Rome has MAJOR problems in terms of public transport( Bus- ROMA ATAC). We preferred to walk a lot by foot, although it took 30 minutes to reach Piazza di Spagna/Fontana Di Trevi, if we had waited for the bus, we would have lost much more time( we unfortunately experienced that on our last night in Rome..) ... this is not determined by the hotel, but it is good to know, to know that the public transport could be a problem in returning to your hotel. We returned at night, through the park on foot or on electric scooters rather than waiting even 30 minutes or an hour for the bus to arrive...
