First and foremost the staff is very very welcome, gentle and assisting guided us to the Naples right places. The hotel is located in one of the best neighbors of Naples close to port. The room and the hotel in general are very clean. The size of the room was just perfect (Deluxe double room booked), spacious, well organized, equipped and decorated with a mini bar facility. The bathroom was very clean, spacious with many accessories. Full day and sufficient hot water supply. The bed was big, very comfort. Good and free wifi reception. Rummen har luftkonditionering och gratis WiFi. this place was centrally located with a lot of restruants and shopping just outside the front door. will diffetly stay there again.

Set on Via Chiaia, one of Naples' most elegant shopping streets, this elegant hotel is just 20 metres from Piazza del Plebiscito. Internet is free. Location is great! Just center of everything! Breakfast is quite good, maybe variety of cheeses can be more but generally it is much better than most of the other places at this level. Personel is quite helpful! And that made me to think to stay in this hotel next time and I strongly recommend my friends to stay in this hotel! They saved our lifes :) by accepting to store our lugguages! Then we could go and stay near places with small bags. Also when we came back to Napoli for our last night; because of the price, we stayed in another place which is only a few meters away from Chiaja Hotel. Next day we had a very early flight and we needed taxi. The place that we stayed, did not help us about that but the reception of Chiaja Hotel called and reserved the taxi for us and they said in case we would have any problem do not hesitate to get in touch with them! Special thanks to all of the personel in the reception desk of Chiaja Hotel!!

Otroligt fint hotell som varit ett kloster förr. Ligger vid sidan av de mest hektiska områdena men nära en tågstation som gör det enkelt att ta sig dit. Särskilt de nya dubbelrummen är superfina! Frukostvärdinnan får en specialhälsning, så trevlig och serviceminded! (Har tyvärr glömt namnet men hon är ursprungligen från Rumänien, berättade hon.)

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Short walk to Piazza Amedeo metro station and the seafront. Had a great stay. All necessary amenities available in the room. Room was very clean.

Everyone of the staff was very helpful and kind. Very good breakfast. The room was spotless and very clean. I really recommend this hotel also for the handy location close to the main attractions.
