Super nice boutique hotel in the nice/poshy part of the city, with great bars and restaurants all around. Many clothing shops in the streets nearby, both designer and famous brands. The owner waited for us late in the night as our flight was late, gave us tips for things to do and finally booked a taxi for us when we left. Great service!

Set on Via Chiaia, one of Naples' most elegant shopping streets, this elegant hotel is just 20 metres from Piazza del Plebiscito. Internet is free. Location is great! Just center of everything! Breakfast is quite good, maybe variety of cheeses can be more but generally it is much better than most of the other places at this level. Personel is quite helpful! And that made me to think to stay in this hotel next time and I strongly recommend my friends to stay in this hotel! They saved our lifes :) by accepting to store our lugguages! Then we could go and stay near places with small bags. Also when we came back to Napoli for our last night; because of the price, we stayed in another place which is only a few meters away from Chiaja Hotel. Next day we had a very early flight and we needed taxi. The place that we stayed, did not help us about that but the reception of Chiaja Hotel called and reserved the taxi for us and they said in case we would have any problem do not hesitate to get in touch with them! The ambience and comfort at Palazzo Cappuccini Art Relais was perfect for a good night's rest. From the moment we walked through the front doors to the time we departed, service was professional, friendly, and attentive. Security worked well. Our rooms--we had two--were clean, comfortable, spacious, and full of minimalist characteristics. Think upscale, simple monastery. Amazing artwork tastefully displayed added to the relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast included many delicious sweets and savory choices along with fresh fruit. With cappuccino or other choice of beverage in the morning, it's a perfect way for the day to start. Great view of Vesuvius from the patio close to our room, #212. Close to the Mergellina train stop, it's location gave us access to where we needed to go in the historic, lively part of the city. (This neighborhood was relatively quiet; thick walls kept us insulated.) I'll be bookmarking this place for future stays in Napoli.
