We were warmly received and we didn't even pay until checkout. The room was so beautiful with a small view to the riverside. The room was tidy and super clean, with all the facilities mentioned. What we loved most, is the quietness of the area. If you wish to sleep comfortably, this would be your perfect choice. The breakfast formula was generous and delicious too. By far, it was my best stay in Europe.

Boasting a shared lounge, The Moon Boutique Hotel & Spa is set in Florence, a 10-minute walk from Fortezza da Basso and 800 metres from Santa Maria Novella Train Station. All the staff were very polite, helpful and always had a smile on their face. The location was nice as it was one tram stop away or a short 10 minutes walk from the main train station. We absolutely loved the spa, from the hot to ice cold showers, the hammam, steam room, and the jacuzzi. Breakfast was delicious, and there were many pastry options.

The panoramic terrace on the top floor of Hotel Kraft is equipped with a roof garden, a restaurant, and a swimming pool which is heated during the winter. Otelin konumu , odalarinin ferahligi ve ambiyansi cok iyiydi. Otel hem tren istasyonuna hem de nehre ve gezilecek bolgeye cok yakindi. Kahvaltisi yeterli ve pasta mamulleri gayet iyiydi. Calisanlar oldukca yardimci ve guleryuzluydu. Tekrar gelirsek hic dusunmeden yine burayi seceriz.

Stazione Leopolda kongre merkezinin yakınında yer alan Michelangelo Florence, Santa Maria Novella Tren İstasyonu'na ve Floransa'nın opera tiyatrosuna 10 dakikalık yürüme mesafesindedir. the hotel was very good and I enjoyed staying there , the staff were super friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very clean and new, including bed linens and towels. Nice toiletries, room slippers and bath robe. Complimentary coffees, teas and waters on the first day. Located in a quite street, is near main interest points (10 to 25 minutes walking), 10 minutes from main train station and T2 tram from the airport. City buses stops also near (we used mostly the C2). The inconvenience of not serving breakfast turned out to not be a problem as there is a great patisserie 3 min away (Gamberini). They have a room to leave your luggage before/ after check in/out. Would stay here  again!
