Also the service and room’s design were perfect.

I liked the rooms, they were very spacious and clean. The breakfast service in the room was perfect! The location was also ideal if you arrive from the train station, cause it only takes like 7 minutes.

The panoramic terrace on the top floor of Hotel Kraft is equipped with a roof garden, a restaurant, and a swimming pool which is heated during the winter. Everything was just perfect. The view from the terrace is exceptional. The pool is amazing. I really enjoyed the food in the restaurant. Also the staff was super nice.

Breakfast was fabulous and the breakfast salon, although windowless, doesn't feel claustrophobic. I visited during the Christmas holidays and the staff didn't falter in service nor showed displeasure for being on duty during the holidays. The wi-fi worked seamlessly too. Most noteworthy besides being in a fantastic and quiet location close to the Arno, is the possibility of vehicles entering the zone without being fined. Guests could even use front parking space when available
