Across the road from Bologna train station and walking g distance into Bologna Centro which has a wide choice of restaurants and shopping. Front staff were very helpful.

Using the "Find My" app, I found my AirPods in a far from the hotel, where they clean the hotel stuf. After a day of anxious waiting, my friend, who was staying nearby, was able to pick them up thanks to your team's diligence. I can't express how grateful I am for the incredible effort your staff put into helping me retrieve my belongings. It's not just about the lost AirPods; it's about the exceptional service and genuine care that your team showed. Thank you once again for your outstanding service.
