And the location is perfect. There is a pool and a jacuzzi and a private beach just a few minutes walking. They even allowed us to use the pool and the parking spot after our check out which we really appreciate!

We were with 2 small kids in the mid april and we loved pre season time with no people. We were practically alone in the building. The appartment was recently fully renovated and it is on a great location - just a bit away from the main streets but close enough to be there in no time. The beach is near and you get there through the park. Lovely. Bring mosquito repelent though. Privat parking space under the building is great, but in the main season could be a bit of a challenge if your car is big. Bike rental is across the street. Because we were there in april and the appartment has no heating except the air conditioning in the living room, we brought a small electric heater for the bedroom in the evening so it did not get too cold.
