This charming new address in Ballygunge is not merely a residence. Immerse yourself in the cultural tapestry of the neighborhood around Hyatt Centric Ballygunge Kolkata, that welcomes and fulfills... We stayed for 10 night at this beautiful hotel. Front desk staff were wonderful, specially Bidisha, who was beyond excellent, very responsive to all our needs; Hrishav always greeted us with a smile and enquired as to any needs, everyone was very kind. We used In room dining for 2 breakfasts, and a few other meals, all excellent, special mention to the Thai curry and the club sandwiches (yummm); Housekeeping was immaculate and coming back to a beautifully made up room every evening was a great pleasure; the Tess restaurant had a delicious menu which we used several times for lunch, the hostesses were very pleasant and helpful. The Location of the hotel was very convenient for the purpose we were there in Kolkata, though the access road is narrow and crowded, but once you enter through the gates, one is transported to a lovely, modern, and elegant oasis of calm. Congratulations to the Hyatt Centric staff for making our stay truly comfortable and a home away from home.

Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. We very pleased with the stay. I hope to be back for a another visit in the future.

Located 4 km from Victoria Memorial, Roland Hotel offers spacious rooms with free Wi-Fi. It also has a computer area and round-the-clock room service. Free parking is provided. I really loved the service of Manager Meghna and also the care taker at the emerald suites. It was truly a relaxing and beautiful and easy time and experience I had with this amazing place. Clean room and toilet. Comfortable bed, pillows and blanket. Humongous TV with all the channels you can ask for. Just truly amazed.
