We stayed for 10 night at this beautiful hotel. Front desk staff were wonderful, specially Bidisha, who was beyond excellent, very responsive to all our needs; Hrishav always greeted us with a smile and enquired as to any needs, everyone was very kind. We used In room dining for 2 breakfasts, and a few other meals, all excellent, special mention to the Thai curry and the club sandwiches (yummm); Housekeeping was immaculate and coming back to a beautifully made up room every evening was a great pleasure; the Tess restaurant had a delicious menu which we used several times for lunch, the hostesses were very pleasant and helpful. The Location of the hotel was very convenient for the purpose we were there in Kolkata, though the access road is narrow and crowded, but once you enter through the gates, one is transported to a lovely, modern, and elegant oasis of calm. Congratulations to the Hyatt Centric staff for making our stay truly comfortable and a home away from home.

The managing staff as well as the other staff members are very polite and cordial.The food is good.As far as the location is concerned, it's just at the Gariahat Crossing, which is a very famous area in greater Kolkata. As far as cleanliness is concerned, it's properly taken care of every now and then what I found and the rooms have a very specious and hygienic atmosphere. I would love to be there whenever I go to Kolkata and highly recommended.
