This charming new address in Ballygunge is not merely a residence. Immerse yourself in the cultural tapestry of the neighborhood around Hyatt Centric Ballygunge Kolkata, that welcomes and fulfills... We stayed for 10 night at this beautiful hotel. Front desk staff were wonderful, specially Bidisha, who was beyond excellent, very responsive to all our needs; Hrishav always greeted us with a smile and enquired as to any needs, everyone was very kind. We used In room dining for 2 breakfasts, and a few other meals, all excellent, special mention to the Thai curry and the club sandwiches (yummm); Housekeeping was immaculate and coming back to a beautifully made up room every evening was a great pleasure; the Tess restaurant had a delicious menu which we used several times for lunch, the hostesses were very pleasant and helpful. The Location of the hotel was very convenient for the purpose we were there in Kolkata, though the access road is narrow and crowded, but once you enter through the gates, one is transported to a lovely, modern, and elegant oasis of calm. Congratulations to the Hyatt Centric staff for making our stay truly comfortable and a home away from home.

Hotel limpio, con ascensor, pieza amplia con ventilador y aire acondicionado (ambos funcionan correctamente), baño con agua caliente, buen internet. Personal atento y servicial, nos permitieron dejar nuestras mochilas luego del check out. Para confirmar la reserva piden hacer un pago por adelantado, yo no pude hacerlo desde la pagina web, pero descargué la App Fabhotels y pagué sin problema. Llegando al hotel pagué el resto que correspondía, no me cobraron nada extra. Lo recomiendo

Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. We very pleased with the stay. I hope to be back for a another visit in the future.

Clean room and toilet. Comfortable bed, pillows and blanket. Humongous TV with all the channels you can ask for. Just truly amazed.
