Situated in Mumbai, 1.7 km from Phoenix Market City Mall, Hotel Naaz Executive features accommodation with a terrace, free private parking and a restaurant. The hotel manager was very generous, as the fridge was stocked with complimentary drinks, exceeding my expectations. This was particularly appreciated after being charged 800 rupees for a drink at Taj Ends Land. On the day of check-in, my friend had an earlier flight and went shopping at Phoenix Marketcity before departing. The manager allowed my friend's luggage to be stored in the room and even provided each of us with a complimentary drink and some fruit, making us feel truly at home. During my stay, I caught a cold, and the staff patiently took me to a pharmacy to get medication. On the day of check-out, I discovered that the city tour booked through the hotel was more expensive compared to other options. Upon returning in the evening, the manager offered facilities for a quick refresh, which was very considerate. Finally, upon departure, assistance was provided to book an Uber, which cost 170 rupees. It was a minor drawback.

Nice food and friendly and helpful staff, love the ambience , all the dinner buffet. Have more OPTIONS to Eat. All staffs were very helpful. Thanks for good service with good smile. The airport is conveniently close. It was only a 5 min ride from the Terminal 2 to the hotel. And only 3 min ride back to Terminal 2. The hotel taxi was cheaper (724) than the hired taxi (over 1000) outside Terminal 2! The room was very clean, modern, and spacious. Even close to the airport, the air traffic noise was barely audible in the room. The swimming pool was excellent - we noticed even water sample being taken. The pool area is also excellent for relaxing: Both sunbathing and shadowed sunbeds available. We didn't use the gym, but went to have a look: There are good number of free weights and even equipment for bench press and dead lifts. Of course all the typical aerobic exercise machines (treadmills, stair climbers). We ate a la carte dinner and it was very good as well. Our children had also good options to choose from in the menu.
