Balian is such a nice part of Bali and was a wonderful surprise. A handful of nice little places to eat nearby, although the restaurant in the hotel was great and we ate there most of the time. Really friendly staff and just a nice vibe in the area.

Akasha is a small, very well run hotel with just a few rooms, which gives you privacy and allows you to relax. Everything was very comfortable and the room service food was also good and very convenient, whether breakfast or dinner. The pool was often unused, so it felt almost like our private pool The location is very close to the beach, beach bars and cafés.

Friendly staff, very clean, nice quiet pool, very comfy bed. Couldn't ask for anything more.
