Hotel bintang 5 ini menawarkan layanan concierge dan meja layanan wisata. i liked everything. the staff, the room, bed was insanely comfortable. room was super spacious, pool refreshing. so far one of the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. locations was also great,10 min with motorbike to the beach and main street. BREAKFAST left me speechless also. especially pancakes. only good words, willl try to come back as soon as possible.

Moreover, the service is super welcoming, Ingrid and Michelle is so kind and generous, especially offering me a lovely birthday cake while knowing the trip is during my birthday, so sweet!!!

Absolutely loved my stay at Isaiya Bali. It was like walking into a magical paradise upon arrival. The white entrance + established garden beyond, were truly exquisite + draw you in. I instantly felt at home. Isaiya Bali is a very very special place, created with love, pure heart + beautiful intentions by the divine owner Mathilda. The all white Shala, pool area + gardens overlooking the rice field, is truly like a film set… one of the most peaceful places on Earth! Yet right off the main road, without any noise down, way the back here. I didn’t want to leave + I cannot wait to return! THANK YOU FOR CREATING THIS DREAM HOTEL xx
