We loved everything about the hotel, employees were very kind and professional, every time ready to help, hotel design is very beautiful and brand new, the location is just perfect to visit Split - everything is there and it has a very nice rooftop bar on the top where could we stay after our check out! Everything was perfect 😍

The breakfast was great. It was right around the corner from a beach with a nice bar and restaurant. The bed was very comfortable and the balcony was nice. Close walking distance to the city center, about 10 minutes, but far enough away to not be too hectic. Recommend taking Uber from the hotel instead of organizing a local cab - it is much less expensive.

The apartment is very clean and perfect for a group of four persons. It is also very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine).The location is perfect - right by the sea with a beautiful view at the harbor. The old town of split is a 3-5min walk away. There are multiple good Restaurants and bars near by. Zoran is a Great host who also gives you recommendations for your stay and helps you with the pick up from the airport.

Situato a Spalato, a 2,4 km dalla spiaggia di Bene, il Luxury rooms Green and Gold Split offre gratuitamente la connessione WiFi e il parcheggio privato. Camera non molto grande ma arredata in modo curato e con gusto. Anche il bagno moderno (ma senza bidet) doccia molto ampia. Avrei gradito trovare anche shampoo e doccia schiuma. Host molto cordiale e disponibile. Ci ha fatto trovare 2 capsule per il caffè per la colazione, ci ha procurato un ferro da stiro a vapore (che non era presente nella camera) e soprattutto ci ha fatto parcheggiare la moto nel cortile privato interno.

Very quiet neighbourhood, no noise at all, just birds. The apartment is very modern and comfortable, and the swimming pool is a perfect place to just relax and do nothing after a busy holiday week.
