We were greeted with a big smile and the room was exactly like the pictures. This is a must stay if you are in the area. Beautiful town with lots to see and do. I'd give it 20 stars if it was possible.

Holiday House Rastoke Pod Lipom is a holiday home set in Slunj, 27 km from Plitvička Jezera. The property is situated next to a waterfall and boasts views of the rivers Korana and Slunjčica. Easy to find. Property provided parking pass. Property was clean and the beds were comfortable. Rastoke is such a cute village and we felt privileged to stay there. The house over the waterfall is so unique and quaint. The mother-in-law made us pancakes with jelly and they were delicious. It was a very kind gesture. I love how the locals do everything they can to keep the area preserved.

This hotel was BEAUTIFUL, comfortable, clean and the host was incredibly nice and helpful. There are BEAUTIFUL VIEWS OF THE WATERFALLS ALL AROUND THE HOUSE even from the bedroom windows. It is a truly magical place.

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Fully equipped and very comfortable kitchen. Outside big garden with place to sit and have your meals. Also outside, another blading with table tennis and big room for playing and drying machine. Hostess came to meet us at check-in and waited for us although it was nearing midnight!! Great hostess.

Rooms Roza is located in Rastoke, a protected natural preserve known for its breathtaking waterfalls. The best is the hostess -))) Ankica is most friendly person ever! But both apartments itself and it's situation are excellent.
