Conveniently located in bustling Causeway Bay district, just steps away from the Tin Hau station, this 37-storey urban hotel offers guests an extraordinary stay with 275 rooms and suites overlooking... The staff was incredibly nice, polite and friendly. Ivan, who handled our booking, was professional while also talkative and friendly, really great! The room was always cleaned really neatly and new water was supplied every day. Both gym and pool was really nice. The location of the hotel is good and with a lot of nice eateries nearby. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Additionally, the hotel’s beautiful interior design, cleanliness and aroma really captured my attention and we felt very comfortable staying here. I’m really impressed with the staff’s behavior, they personalized our experience and remembered small details. I’m definitely planning to stay again here when I return to Hong Kong. Holiday Inn Express Causeway Bay Hong Kong is conveniently located near a major transportation hub, only a 2-minute walk from the Causeway Bay MTR station. I like the location, very convenient!

Great service. Location was perfect for me as it was close to my family. Close to the subway station, as well as other forms of transportation like the streetcar and bus.
