Overlooking the Bridgewater canal, The Castlefield Hotel is 400 metres from Manchester city centre, and a 10-minute walk from Deansgate Rail Station. The Castlefield was the perfect space for a weekend trip to Manchester. The rooms were no-frills but clean and had everything we needed. The access to the YMCA was also a bonus!

Set in the iconic Beetham Tower, Hilton Manchester Deansgate features a luxury spa and a chic restaurant. The spacious rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows and impressive city views. I was in Room 1003. Very large suite with lovely comfortable bed and large LG television. Bathroom was perfect and very clean.

The location is amazing; 15 min walk to the city center.

Just 10 minutes’ walk from central Manchester, the YHA hostel boasts a café bar, regular film nights in its cinema room, a canal side restaurant, and free parking. Amazing room and location. Really friendly staff and the common areas were great!
