Comfortable, squeaky clean, very well situated. And I was so pleased by all the help I got from the staff: Bartek helped me solve a number of challenges that I had during my stay (NOT caused by the hotel!). He did this in a very gracious way that made things really easy for me. For example he organized the shipment of some goods for me and I really was completely hassle free, so I could do the work I had come for to London. Also the gentleman who showed me my room did a very good job explaining to me the lighting system etc, thank you! Unfortunately I did not have the opportunity to taste the breakfast, I'm sure it's excellent.

The Resident Victoria, located just 300 metres from Buckingham Palace, offers close proximity to a selection of attractions, theatres and landmarks. Well located in city center. Just stayed one night and has no time to explore the spa or other hotel facilities. Breakfast is very good

Riu Plaza London Victoria er staðsett í miðbæ London, 200 metrum frá Victoria-lestarstöðinni. Það býður upp á líkamsræktarstöð, veitingastað og bar. Our room on the top floor was amazing, such a wonderful view! Room was spacious and very clean. Great breakfast!

Both the hotel vibes and staff are very welcoming, warm, and friendly. There is a large common area on the ground floor with several booths, sofas, and lounge chairs spread across different sections with the perfect amount of comfort and privacy. The decor and music is very fun and quirky. The room was small but perfectly cozy for 2 people. Features like the mood lighting that you can control, a large TV to cast your media easily, and a super comfy bed right next to a large window with the city view made the stay very enjoyable. The location of the hotel is great as well, with several restaurants, the Big Ben, and Victoria terminal within walking distance. The hotel feels very safe, I was in the common area with my friend up till 2am and saw the very friendly staff locking the revolving glass doors at night.

The proximity of the city centre, friendliness of staff and the beautifully furnished rooms (I booked another night, and had an equally delightful bedroom). Situated in a quieter area not far from Victoria Coach and Train stations, makes Bower House an excellent choice for solo travellers.

The location is unbeatable. Very close to Victoria and Pimlico tube stations. The room was big and it had a window which I found is hard to come across in hotels in London. Super friendly staff, check in and check out was smooth and there are lots of resturants and pubs in the area. If you are into craft beers I'd recommend visiting The Cask which is only one block away.
