The size of the suites, professional stuff and they were so supportive and helpful from day one… it was the first trip to London and what make my journey wonderful because the support received from the stuff. And view was perfect to green garden I liked the coffee machine availability 24/7, and when the machine broke , they allowed us to use Starbucks machine for free. It’s quick and well isolated and close to Vauxhall station and make the travel smooth, also close to London Eyes , and many places.

The front desk is very quick, but you can also check in conveniently on the app, as well as order room service, and other amenities. The rooms have fancy display panels for all of the lighting options (including a mood lighting;)), AC, heating, curtains closing & opening, wake up call, etc. Would absolutely return to this hotel we had a great stay.
