Room was amazing. Clean bright, fully stocked. Handsfree light switches and heated bathroom floors. Beautiful decor, safe neighborhood, great security setup. Beautiful bathroom, very polite staff. This place means business when they say 5 star. This is my new favorite London hotel.

I was traveling alone on a one night stopover in London on route back to the U.S. It was a rare moment to myself to breathe after spending 6 weeks, 24/7 with my teenage daughter and in-laws. But, I couldn't have anticipated how wonderful the experience at 41 was going to be. It was like getting a brief chance to experience what I imagine life must be like for the Queen. As I walked out of the doors of this spectacular hotel and around the neighborhood, I realized that I was spontaneously grinning. I couldn't believe my good fortune.

Located in the heart of Westminster, just a short walk away from Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park and Mayfair, this 5-star luxury suites and residences with 3 restaurants, a full-serve spa and a 24-hour... The staff were exceptional everyone of them worked to make our stay an amazing experience, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my mom and I have an exceptional experience. From the warm greetings upon arrival to the attentive service throughout, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident. Their knowledge, attention to detail, and personalized approach made me feel valued and well-cared for. I highly recommend staying here for a truly unforgettable experience, where the exceptional staff sets a new standard in hospitality, the ladies at the spa took care of me and my mom while i was sick. The people who checked us in and out were amazing by accommodating our needs and offering workaround solutions for a very late checkout. The staff at the in room dyeing and most of all the cleaning staff they were the actual heroes of the whole experience. I love them all from the moment we walked until we left we were treated like one of their own families. This is my real honest opinion
