Told her our room was cold, she said she'd make it warm for us when we went back to the room, she didn't have to bit did so . Thank you!!! The social which included free drinks and nibbles was totally unexpected and fab. Great brekky too. Would recommend a stay here. Everything was clean and sparkling. Lovely water views too from our room Bed and pillows were soooo comfy.

The staff was very helpful, breakfast buffet was perfect, not only the traditional English breakfast but also a good mix of continental. Rooms were very big and the building has a rich history. Good beds. Huge bath with jets.

Room is big and clean with a really good view. Good location as it located in the middle of city center and the bay and close to train station. Breakfast time is starting from 7am-11am. Check out time is perfect at 11am.

I let George know that our arrival time has changed and he was happy to meet us at the apartment early to give us the keys. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.
