This pet friendly ibis Styles hotel boasts a central Birmingham location, just 15 minutes' walk from the Bull Ring shopping centre. The room and the reception of the hotel was beautiful and the hotel was in a really good location. They offer free coffee/tea/Chocolate 24/7 that's really nice specially when you are traveling in winter. The people was really nice and helpful. We would definetely come back if we visited Brimingham again.

The chic Malmaison Birmingham offers elegant rooms with free Wi-Fi, within the upmarket Mailbox development. It has a health spa, a restaurant, and a bar with a wine tasting room. The stay at this property has always been great and have stayed here a fair few times, my last experience on Friday 8th April was a little less happy, at around 2:30-3 am on Saturday 9th April we were loudly woken up to loud knocking on the door, which happened to be a very intoxicated guest not knowing his own room.. and then to see him urinate right outside.. and after calling the front desk to which the staff member did respond, I’m beginning to wonder how such a intoxicated person was even able to get to the lifts and not be questioned at reception, the following morning we had to raise it agin at front desk to be told this had been noted and was offered a 20% refund on the room rate of £119.. the entire night was ruined for my girlfriend who could not get to any sleep after and speaking to the duty manager in the morning who was fully aware of the incident, I feel 20% was a kick in the teeth and I would have expected much more for the short falls of acknowledging the people walking in and out of the hotel.. I look forward to hearing from the team at the hotel.

In a superb city centre location, this 4-star deluxe hotel boasts a fitness room, a cafe bar and a restaurant. Shopping districts and Birmingham New Street Rail Station are 0.5 miles away. All was well, I want to stay next time also in future in coming months.

In Birmingham’s lively centre, the stylish Novotel has a modern fitness centre, spacious bedrooms and a stylish restaurant. The Bullring Shopping Centre is a 20-minute walk away. Really great location right on Broad Street, with a tram stop close by and the main part of town a short walk away. Friendly staff, and a very generous 17h late checkout for a small fee. Rooms are clean and comfortable, everything feels very new.
