In a superb city centre location, this 4-star deluxe hotel boasts a fitness room, a cafe bar and a restaurant. Shopping districts and Birmingham New Street Rail Station are 0.5 miles away. The staff. Check in, Pearce I think, Matt who was wonderful in giving me information about the locale and how to access the Town Hall as well as other places. The lady who was checking in at breakfast, sorry, I didn’t read her name, but she was so friendly. She and Matt had great banter when I called her the angel. Excellent breakfast, plenty of choice. Clean and fresh. Great location, close to the main part of town and New St Station.

Situated within a 5 minutes’ walk from Birmingham city centre, Hampton by Hilton Birmingham Broad Street features secure car parking, free WiFi and on-site dining. The hotel was absolutely lovely couldn't fault it, perfect location perfect stay, breakfast was lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful 🙂 would definitely stay again.
