Hotel Gascogne provides soundproofed, en suite rooms with a TV and is located 1.5 km from Place du Capitole in the centre of Toulouse and 3 km from Toulouse Stadium. The hotel and staff were excellent. The exterior looks 1970-1980 vintage (which has its charms) but the room looked newly renovated. The staff was very gracious. My room had a nice view onto vines, trees, and a park. Very soothing. Also very quiet. Spotlessly clean. Just three blocks from the hotel is an excellent traditional fruit, vegetable, cheese, and pastry market with several cafes and a small fully stocked modern supermarket. Easy walk to the center.

Amazing room and location! This was honestly the best aparthotel we have ever stayed at. The room was super spacious and fits 3 people comfortably. Kitchen is very well equipped and we had a room with shower and toilet separate which was great for our family. Parking is safe and big. We can’t recommend it enough and would definitely come back!

The location was on the West bank of the river, located within 2 blocks of the metro. This is much quieter than right in the center of town but very convienent. Directions for entry are VERY clear but also...intense. What looks like a simple door on a street is actually technologically super modern. Once you pass through 2 doors you enter a tidy but plain courtyard. You keypad into your room and WOW. Class, taste, comfort and forethought all in a small space. I am in Toulouse looking for an apartment. I would move into the Saint Cyp in a heartbeat.

It comes fully equipped with amenities such as a coffee machine ☕️, TV, fast Wi-Fi, washing machine, etc. Located near the city center, it's just a 15-minute walk to the stadium and a 20-minute taxi ride to the airport. The host was very communicative, connecting via WhatsApp and providing all necessary instructions for accessing the apartment.
