يقع هذا القصر الذي تم تجديده والذي يعود تاريخه إلى القرن الـ 19 في منطقة سكنية في سان سيرفان عند مصب نهر رانس على بعد 400 م فقط من الشاطئ. Everything about this hotel was wonderful! It was charming, warm, and welcoming. Our room had a beautiful view of the garden. The breakfast was delicious and service was perfect. The location was very convenient to the ferry to Jersey.

يقع Hotel Ar Terra Nova في سان مالو على بعد 500 م من شاطئ Les Bas Sablons وعلى بعد 1.2 كم من مدينة سان مالو القديمة. وتحتوي جميع الغرف على تلفزيون بشاشة مسطحة. It was on walking distance of the ferry to Jersey that we had to get up at 6.00 for to catch it. Best place we could have stayed for that matter. Next to that we had a lovely great quick bite at O P’tit Encas they had the best mussels before going to bed early. Golden triangle of sleep, food and ferry that I recommend! Free public parking on only 50 min walking if you don’t want to take the car to the island but in hindsight I would had taken the car on the island to get around!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Malouinière and will certainly come back when we visit the town again. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, service and breakfast very good, the room beautiful with a nice view in the garden. Quiet surroundings, so sleeping in is perfectly possible. 5 min walk takes you to a nice little harbour with restaurants. Two bus stops are nearby, so getting around is easy (5-10 min to the city center). Right thing if you are looking for a special accommodation with flair.

Emmanuel greeted us on our arrival in such a cordial welcoming manner. The hotel is in a very quiet area in a lovely setting and has private parking which was a bonus but the gate is difficult to manoeuvre through as it is very narrow. The dining room is a calming and tastefully furnished room. The breakfast was excellent and served in such a friendly but professional manner. Emmanuel and his wife will do anything for you so you enjoy your stay. I would highly recommend this hotel as you felt Emmanuel had a passion for his businesses.

Very lovely place with welcoming, nice and friendly (yet still professional) owners! Breakfast was superb with home made stuff and local products and the coffee was the best we had in Bretagne/Normandie.
