The room was comfortable and very clean. The window with a wee balcony had views to a park. The hotel is near 2 metro stations and it has plenty of restaurants and bakeries near by. We would definitely stay there again!

The rooms were very clean, the beds extremely comfortable and the breakfast selection was excellent . The staff were very helpful, going beyond their duty to assist us.

The location might not feel like central Paris - but it’s very well connected and has a community feel all of its own. Try bistro des reveuses for lovely food and a great atmosphere, Le Pappillon for breakfast, visit Père Lachaise, wander to Belleville park (stunning view!). The market by Alexandre Dumas also. Merle Moquer bookshop. Etc. etc. We love it.

Situato a Parigi, a 1,2 km dal Cimitero di Père Lachaise e a 2,8 km dalla Bastiglia, l'Hotel Terre Neuve offre il WiFi gratuito. We are extremely happy with our stay at the hotel. Our rooms were number 11 and 12 on the first floor, they were very clean and cozy. Everyday the rooms were cleaned, the sheets and towels changed. The air-conditioner was a life saver in the really hot weather in Paris. The staff were very friendly and even though they weren't really fluent in english, we always managed to communicate our needs and wishes to them. They also ordered us taxis to the airport and to the Palace of Versailles which was very nice because we had difficulties doing it ourselves. I can't comment on the breakfast because we didn't have it at the hotel. The location of the hotel was great, too. Metro stations in 6 and 10 minutes, a supermarket right at the corner of the street, Carrefour in like 500 meters. It was a peaceful and quiet district with different Boulangeries in the area, where you can get breakfast from. Overall, we are very pleased with the hotel and would recommend it.
