Location: very close to all kinds of transportation but most importantly metro with direct link to Châtelet and other central areas. Neighbourhood: very lively, plenty of stores, restaurants, bars for everyone's taste. There was a supermarket 3 minutes away. Reception: super friendly and welcoming. Room: not much space to move but very clean, bright when sunny (we were on the 5th floor and it had a lot of natural light in the morning), the beds were very comfortable too.

It’s tugged away from the road in a very cute, quiet back alley. Magically framed by vegetation, this country house emerges in the middle of the city. It’s just stunning. The apartment itself is comfortable, modern, stylish and with lovely little touches of art. Very homely and inviting. Provides absolutely everything one could wish for and then some! Absolutely ideal for a couple adventure days in Paris. The area is convenient too. Went for loads of long beautiful walks straight into the city center, enjoyed surrounding parks, cafes and buying food in local grocers. Everything you need is right around the corner. And last but not least - Richard! He’s the loveliest Parisian you’ll ever meet. Relaxed, friendly and supremely helpful. 5 stars for him alone. I would go back just to have a cup of tea with him. Merci beaucoup Richard!

Closed to metro and bus stops, between some nice bars, restaurants and a beautiful park. Safe place, calm and friendly surounding. 24h supermarket. More is nearly not possible. Own lovely garden / terasse. 2min uphill bars and platform with view on skyline of Paris incl. Eiffdl tower. Sunset was outstanding. 12 points from 10!!!! Flat is equipped with everything you need and even much more. We entered the apartment and felt like at home!
