Situated on the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, Villa Eden is a hotel offering views of the Mediterranean Sea, 2.2 km from Nice's Old Town and Massena Square and 3.5 km from Phoenix Park. The hotel is lovely and so close to the beach. Set back from the promenade it is quaint, quiet and charming. The room was spacious for our family of 4 and very clean. We especially appreciated the in room air conditioning unit!

Place is right next to tram station. host gave very explicit directions on how to get in and kept in contact by Whatsup which was great. Very comfy place, loved that the kitchen had cookies, coffee and tea and much more - which was a welcome bonus, Thank you David - you are a gem.

Super close to the tram line and a Carrefour supermarket two mins away along with an amazing local bakery. The apartment had everything we needed for a 3 day stay. Susanna greeted us warmly at the property and showed us around. She was very helpful with any queries we had.

Set within the Les Baumettes district in Nice, Nice Lenval Seaview Free Parking has air conditioning, a terrace, and sea views. דירה מרווחת, נעימה, מצוידת עם כל מה שצריך. קרוב מאוד לים ולטיילת התקשורת עם בעל הדירה הייתה טובה מאוד. יש חנייה קרובה מאוד.
