Very new and clean room in a central location in front of the tram that is going to the airport. 2 minutes walk to the sea. We were also able to see the see from our window.

Situated on the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, Villa Eden is a hotel offering views of the Mediterranean Sea, 2.2 km from Nice's Old Town and Massena Square and 3.5 km from Phoenix Park. Everything was great. :) The receptionists were very kind and we were very happy about that. A big greeting for them.

Situated in Nice, 300 metres from Plage Poincare and 300 metres from Plage Florida, Magnifique appartement au centre-ville de Nice offers air conditioning. Everything was superlative. The location is exceptional, two to three minutes from the beach, right next to the tram station, with the possibility of reaching anywhere in the city. It is located in an inner courtyard, being very quiet. There is a market 100 m away. Impeccable cleanliness. The apartment is equipped with everything you need (including beach umbrellas), everything is new. We will be back with love as soon as possible. 

Sea view - Promenade des Anglais is a beachfront property situated in Nice, a few steps from Plage Poincare and 100 metres from Plage Magnan. Everything! Fantastic location and the views were amazing. Super close to the tram line and a Carrefour supermarket two mins away along with an amazing local bakery. The apartment had everything we needed for a 3 day stay. Susanna greeted us warmly at the property and showed us around. She was very helpful with any queries we had.

Set within the Les Baumettes district in Nice, Nice Lenval Seaview Free Parking has air conditioning, a terrace, and sea views. We loved the location and the view from the apartment. The apartment was very nicely equipped with a washing machine, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. Free parking. We appreciated the owners welcome and hospitality.
