The staff were more than friendly, kind, and welcoming. They were very generous with information whenever needed. The room is very clean, and very well organized. The bathroom is super spacious and clean. Very cozy environment, this hotel felt like home.

The large lounge next to the check-in and 24 hour concierge service was somewhere to sit with a drink provided , even cake and afternoon tea and coffee was very welcoming and breakfast served there for everyone until 10.00 a.m brought the guests in contact with each other in a family setting. the staff were all very open , helpful and interested in how we felt about the La Loze experience and Courchevel as a ski- resort

Very good location Cosy place with all you might need. The staff is the kindest in all Courchevel. The two persons we met at the reception (gentlemen and a lady another day) were extremely kind and careful. Was a vey comfortable and nice stay.
